CHEF’S TABLE DINNERS

Eastside Grill presents a Chef’s Table Dinner series on the first Wednesday of each month; an opportunity for Chef Stanley Wong and Head Chef Angie Ford to curate a one-off menu of innovative dishes championing a different theme.

As the chefs are constantly developing and evolving the dishes, please be advised that our menus are only final once you take your seat.​

Spaces are strictly limited with only 16 tickets sold each month and bookings are essential.

PAXTON RARE WINE DINNER

Eastside Grill partners with award-winning bio-dynamic wine producer Ben Paxton for a memorable five course dinner.

Chef Stanley Wong’s menu for the evening heroes some of the best meat and seafood available and culminates in a bourbon-aged, marbling score 9+, grass-fed Schottlanders Wagyu rump.

Each course will be matched to hand-selected wines from the Paxton Vineyard and will also include some special aged tastings from Ben Paxton’s personal cellar.

A celebration of produce, from land to sea, this wine dinner reflects the best of what this country can offer from producers and chefs who share a passion for provenance.
